Position: Country Manager / Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Swift Dubai is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Country Manager / Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Turkiye, Caucasus and Central Asia region. Candidates must be residing in Dubai. The role focuses on building and nurturing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle while representing Swift at industry events.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term customer relationships with assigned markets and accounts, positioning Swift as a trusted advisor.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned markets.
  • Manage full sales cycle from initial contact to post-sales follow-up, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Swift at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Demonstrate strong accountability for individual and team performance, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Proven track record of success in a business development / consultative sales role, preferably in financial services or technology sector.
  • Demonstrable experience building and nurturing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to proactively identify customer needs and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Flexible to travel to assigned countries to develop business and relationships.
  • Fluency in English and Russian.
