We are the most influential exchange worldwide, for commodities such as Cobalt and Sulphur. Our Dubai office is the world's first exchange to offer cross-border futures trading with physical settlement of products.

We are revolutionizing global trade by combining the Futures-Contracts model with the offline Spot Export/Import model, simplifying the complex landscape of commodities trading. Our mission is to onboard clients worldwide to trade commodities like Sulphur, Cobalt, Coffee Green Beans, and more—connecting global markets to China and beyond.

The Role:

Business Development Executive

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our global footprint and build lasting trading partnerships. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for global trade and financial markets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue: Achieve sales targets and grow trading partnerships for key commodities (Sulphur, Nickel, Cobalt, Lithium, etc.) across global markets.
  • Client Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving trading or delivery issues promptly.
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop innovative strategies, and fuel business growth.
Basic Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (Finance, Sales, or related majors preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management.
Highly Preferred Skills
  • Financial Markets Expertise: Strong understanding of Futures Trading. Qualifications in Finance, Futures, or Securities are a significant advantage

  • Industry Background: Proven track record in selling Financial Services, CFDs, Cryptocurrency Derivatives, Stock Derivatives, or other related financial instruments.
  • Language

    Skills:

  • English: Proficiency is essential (native speakers preferred).
  • Bonuses: Fluency in Arabic, Farsi
    , or other local languages is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel internationally to cultivate relationships and explore new markets.
