Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio
- Promote and sell the agency's media, advertising and marketing solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable media solutions
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Female candidate with fluency in Arabic and English
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience in a Media Agency, Advertising Agency, Digital Marketing Agency, or Real Estate industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Excellent relationship-building and client management skills - Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage
