We Are Looking for a Leader Not a Salesperson

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven professional to lead and build our B2B and B2C sales operations. This position is not for beginners and is not for people who only know how to talk. We are looking for someone who has actually built teams, opened markets, and delivered results.

• Lead and manage the company's B2B and B2C sales activities.
• Develop new markets and expand distribution channels.
• Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
• Achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Build long‑term relationships with distributors and key accounts.

• Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams independently.
• Strong track record in market development and business growth.
• Experience in the vape industry is highly preferred.
• Experience in consumer electronics or FMCG industries.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Highly familiar with computers, social media, and AI tools.
• Minimum one year of living experience in the UAE.
• Honest, hardworking, and team‑oriented.
