Job Overview
Maple Arcadia Properties LLC is seeking enthusiastic, ambitious and customer-focused Property Consultants to join our growing team.
KeyRoles & Responsibilities
- Generate prospects and qualify leads through outbound calls using Lead Squared, CRM systems and company databases.
- Achieve assigned daily calling parameters and productivity KPIs.
- Attend weekly face-to-face (F2F) meetings and participate in scheduled sales activities.
- Identify and engage potential buyers and investors for UAE real estate opportunities.
- Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across the UAE market.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Coordinate client meetings, property viewings and developer presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Stay informed about market trends, project launches, pricing updates and developer offerings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and conducting outbound calls.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to lead generation.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Interest in real estate, sales, and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to attend meetings and sales activities.
