Job Overview

Maple Arcadia Properties LLC is seeking enthusiastic, ambitious and customer-focused Property Consultants to join our growing team.

Key

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Generate prospects and qualify leads through outbound calls using Lead Squared, CRM systems and company databases.
  • Achieve assigned daily calling parameters and productivity KPIs.
  • Attend weekly face-to-face (F2F) meetings and participate in scheduled sales activities.
  • Identify and engage potential buyers and investors for UAE real estate opportunities.
  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across the UAE market.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
  • Coordinate client meetings, property viewings and developer presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
  • Stay informed about market trends, project launches, pricing updates and developer offerings.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM system.
Key Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with clients and conducting outbound calls.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to lead generation.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Interest in real estate, sales, and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to attend meetings and sales activities.
