Dubai Marina Specialist – Secondary Sales
We are seeking a specialist to manage secondary market sales in the Dubai Marina area. You will focus on closing deals on Marina properties and other nearby communities such as J .
Commission StructureNew commission structure based on total annual net commission earned:
- Up to AED 300,000: 55%
- Up to AED 600,000: 60%
- Up to AED 900,000: 65%
- Revenue exceeding a threshold is recalculated at the higher rate, with the top slab applied to all portal deals.
- Commission paid twice a week.
- Qualified portal leads from Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle.
- No area restrictions – Marina is your base, not your cage.
- Full marketing, admin and conveyancing support.
You will generate, qualify, and close secondary market deals in Dubai Marina and nearby areas.
Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of secondary market experience in Dubai Marina, J , or nearby communities.
- RERA certification or in progress.
- Track record of listings, closings, and client base.
- Strong drive to earn based on pipeline value.
