TUMBI Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Manager (Leisure) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in sales. As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our company.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Sales in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel as needed
