Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Digital Sales Coach to train, mentor, and elevate our sales teams in modern digital selling techniques, technical product positioning, and AI solution sales strategies. The ideal candidate understands both technology and high-performance sales environments.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Present and demonstrate AI software products to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on lead-generation campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Provide customer feedback to product and technical teams for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in digital sales, technical sales, sales coaching, or SaaS environments.
- Strong understanding of AI products, digital platforms, and online sales systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Startup experience is highly preferred.
- B2B SaaS sales experience.
- AI or tech industry background.
- Funnel optimization and lead nurturing.
- Negotiation and closing strategies.
- Sales analytics and reporting.
