Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales volume distribution and revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) and Sales Executives to deliver business objectives.
- Plan, optimize, and monitor sales routes and territory coverage to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular market visits with the sales team to drive performance and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance, collections, customer aging, and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities and provide recommendations to improve market share.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, invoicing, stock control, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage and safeguard company assets including vehicles, pallets, chillers, and merchandising equipment.
- Ensure compliance with HSSE workplace safety standards and safe driving practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of FMCG sales experience, including at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of route sales, van sales, distribution, and the UAE FMCG market.
- Proven leadership, sales, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and sales reporting tools.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
