Job Overview

Hermes Real Estate is expanding our sales team and looking for driven, money-motivated sales agents who want uncapped earning potential. We provide full training so real estate experience isn not required. What matters is hunger, communication skills, and the ability to learn fast.

• Generate and follow up on property leads
• Advise clients on off‑plan and ready property options
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Close sales and manage the deal process from inquiry to handover
• Stay current on market trends and property offerings

Sunday to Thursday, 9AM – 6PM

• Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential for top performers
• Full product and sales training

• Strong sales or customer‑facing communication experience (any industry)
• Confident, persuasive communicator who can build trust quickly
• Self‑motivated and target‑driven, comfortable with a commission‑based earning structure
• Quick learner able to pick up real estate processes and product knowledge through training
• Multiple languages spoken is a strong advantage given our international client base
• Real estate background is a plus but not required
