Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to persuade customers to purchase our products.
- Cross-sell and up-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
- Assist with customer inquiries and maintain accurate call records.
- Process customer orders efficiently.
- Utilize sales scripts to drive sales and handle rejections.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Liaise with departments to resolve customer complaints.
- Previous tele sales experience is a plus; freshers are welcome.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Self-motivated and confident in a high-pressure environment.
