The company specialises in providing support to companies and individuals relocating to the Middle East region and through professionalism, unique contacts and a partnership approach to their clients’ businesses, they have become a market leader in the region. With forward planning, our client aims to maintain dominance in this dynamic market.
You will liaise with other staff members effectively, in order to complete the assigned tasks and build strong relationships across a wide base of clients and business associates. Also you will resolve client complaints and enquiries swiftly and effectively, keeping the database up to date and completing reports and administration in a timely manner. At any one time you will manage between thirty and fifty clients so exemplary organisation skills are a must for this role.
You will deal with landlords regarding lease problems, medical institutions to arrange medical packages and schools to enrol children new to the area as well as a number of other issues important to relocating families and individuals.
We are looking for an individual who is diplomatic, customer driven and can deal with stressful situations al experience of around two years would be a bonus as in order to assist with enquiries effectively you must know the city well. A driving license is not required.
