Key responsabilities
- Acquisition valuation and sale rental of luxury properties
- Direct management of assigned clients
- Overseeing the entire sales process from negotiation to closing
- Market analysis and identification of new business opportunities
- Drafting and managing contracts
- Advanced use of the company CRM
- Proven experience in the role
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English fluency in German or French or Russian is a plus
- Strong commercial negotiation and communication skills
- Solid command of digital tools and main software applications
- Entrepreneurial mindset problem-solving abilities analytical skills and team spirit
- High school diploma or university degree preferably in economics or law
