Position: Sales executive/ Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive with experience in the Floristry, Events, Hospitality, or F&B industry.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, retail, wedding, and event sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, hotels, restaurants, and corporate customers.
  • Promote floral arrangements, event decoration services, gifting solutions, and hospitality F&B offerings.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and sales negotiations to close deals successfully.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts based on customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with operations, design, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and update CRM sales reports regularly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure excellent after-sales support and long-term customer relationship management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of sales or business development experience in Floristry, Events, Hospitality, F&B, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of corporate sales, event sales, or hospitality sales processes.
  • UAE market knowledge and existing client network will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
