• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate sales leads and achieve sales targets
• Promote hotel facilities and services to clients, including corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners
• Prepare and present proposals and contracts to clients
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth and efficient client services
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure client privacy and security
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of hotel operations and services
• Fluent in English; additional language skills will be an added advantage
• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Experience:

2 – 3 Years

Salary: 5 Lac To 7 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.
