- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research
- Conduct field visits to meet potential clients and promote company products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business solutions
- Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain updated sales pipelines and customer databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and activity updates for management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Field Sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self‑motivated with a target‑driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel within the UAE for client meetings
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
