Responsibilities- Handle inbound leads via calls/Whats App and qualify requirements
- Schedule viewings and coordinate with advisors
- Update lead notes and follow‑up status consistently
- Guide clients through viewings, negotiations, and closing for off‑plan and ready properties
- Manage buyer and seller relationships end‑to‑end
- Present listings and conduct property tours
- Coordinate documentation and offers
- Advise investors on portfolios and payment structures
- Build relationships with developers and partners
- Analyze market opportunities and support advisory teams with data‑backed insights
- Build investment briefs and comparative analyses
- Track launches, yields, and absorption trends
- Support advisors with ROI scenarios
- Design premium client journeys from first inquiry through handover
- Coordinate viewings, tours, and client itineraries
- Maintain service standards and client follow‑ups
- Work closely with advisors and operations
- Drive qualified leads through digital campaigns, content, and performance tracking
- Manage paid and organic campaigns across channels
- Coordinate property launches and marketing assets
- Report on performance and optimize funnels
- 1+ years inside sales or telesales experience
- Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
- Comfortable working with KPIs and follow‑ups
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- 3+ years UAE property advisory experience
- Strong network within Dubai developers
- Proven record of closing high‑value deals
- 1–3 years experience in real estate or finance
- Hospitality or client success background
- High attention to detail and organization
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Strong grasp of performance analytics
- Creative execution with data‑driven mindset
