TELE-SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Our Client is a growing company operating in the Forex trading services and Education/Training sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to prospective leads from provided databases or inbound inquiries.
- Pitch Forex products, trading services, and education/training programs to potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable plans or services.
- Maintain strong follow-up and convert leads into active clients or enrolled students.
- Build and manage long-term business relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets.
- Maintain call records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience:
03 years in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Business Development (Forex / Financial / Education sector experience preferred). - Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a bonus).
- Basic understanding of Forex, Trading, or Education industry is an advantage.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
Salary:
Competitive fixed salary + Attractive Incentives/Commission.
