Senior sales & marketing personnel

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced senior sales & marketing personnel to join our dynamic startup company in dubai & abu dhabi. you will play a key role in driving sales growth and brand awareness for our trucking & warehousing services across dubai and abu dhabi.

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies to achieve ambitious target-based new client acquisition goals.
• Identify new business opportunities, convert leads into sales, and onboard new clients through a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Track sales performance and generate reports to measure progress towards goals.
• Travel to meet with clients in Dubai and Abu Dhabi (as needed).

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales & marketing within the trucking, transportation, and logistics industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the trucking, transportation, and logistics landscape in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience building and managing a client base is a strong asset.
• Target-driven and results-oriented with a passion for success.
• Experience working in a startup environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
