Overview

You will be an experienced, driven financial services professional with a long‑term mindset and strong client‑facing skills.

• Provide professional advice across Life Insurance, long‑term savings and investment planning, General Insurance, Employee Benefits, and personal lines.
• Build and manage a long‑term client portfolio generating renewal and trail income.
• Prospect, develop, and close new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct in‑depth client meetings to understand financial goals and deliver tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records.
• Service existing clients through regular reviews and ongoing financial planning.
• Stay current with regulatory, legislative, and market developments.
• Liaise with internal teams, providers, and external professionals such as accountants and solicitors.
• For qualified candidates, recruit, mentor, and lead advisors as part of a Team Leader Sales Manager role.
