Responsibilities
- Conduct daily testing for parameters like pH, Conductivity, TDS, Alkalinity, Hardness, Chloride, Sulphate, free chlorine, Phosphate, Iron, Alkalinity, other all wet analysis and Silica.
- Prepare reagents and standard solutions as per SOPs.
- Calibrate and maintain instruments such as pH meters, conductivity meters, and spectrophotometers.
- Enter raw data and results accurately into LIMS under supervision.
- Flag abnormal results and coordinate retests with the other Chemists.
- Register samples, label, preserve, and maintain chain of custody.
- Participate in internal QC testing and maintain reagent inventory.
- Assist in Quality Document preparation and client reporting.
- Act as lead chemist and assist Technical Manager.
- 2+ years of experience in water testing analysis.
- Education - Chemical background is must.
- Fluency in English communication.
- Comfortable to work in shifts (if required).
- Excellent practical and theoretical knowledge about water analysis.
Salary range - AED3,500 - AED4,500 per month
