We’re currently recruiting First Officers with the following experience:
- Valid ICAO ATPL (Full) license
- Valid Type Rating and Instrument Rating on B737 Aircraft
- Last flight on B737 equipment must have been performed no more than one year ago
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
- English language proficiency level 4
- 500 hours on B737 family aircraft
- Maximum age limit up to 45 years at the time of application
The selection process will consist of five stages
, which include review of your application, a technical test, a personality assessment, an interview, and a simulator assessment.
Each stage must be successfully completed for the candidate to advance to the next phase, ensuring a fair and consistent assessment throughout the process.
