The Final Grader Operator will be responsible for operating heavy grading machinery to ensure precise leveling and movement of materials on construction sites. This role involves close collaboration with team members to ensure that projects are executed accurately and efficiently, meeting all specifications and quality standards. Attention to detail and an emphasis on safety are essential in this position to guarantee successful project completion.

• Inspecting equipment before and after use to ensure it’s in good working order.
• Operating heavy equipment to complete tasks at the construction site.
• Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly.
• Notifying supervisor if maintenance or breakdown occurs.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the equipment operated.
• Daily greasing of equipment.
• Operating the grader to create smooth, even surfaces for roads, parking lots, and other construction projects.
• Adjusting blade angle and elevation to achieve desired surface finish and optimize efficiency.
• Conducting regular pre-operation checks of hydraulic and mechanical systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• 5+ years UAE experience in a similar role.
• Must have a valid UAE heavy Equipment driving license.
• Well-versed in English and Urdu/Hindi.
