Construction Worker

Required for a leading construction company based in Dubai:

1) Steel fixers - Salary Dhs 1,430, Duty 10 hrs per day, 6 days a week

2) Masons - Salary Dhs 1,560, Duty 10 hrs per day, 6 days a week

3) Construction helpers - Salary Dhs 1,300, Duty 10 hrs per day, 6 days a week

Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company. No food provided.

Dubai employment visa provided.

Construction workers need a mix of
physical abilities
(strength, stamina, dexterity),
technical skills
(blueprint reading, tool operation, trade knowledge like carpentry/plumbing), and
soft skills
(communication, teamwork, problem‑solving, adaptability, time management) to succeed, along with strong
math/reading
and safety awareness for effective project execution and collaboration.

• Strength & Stamina:Lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods.
• Dexterity & Coordination:Fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination for tool use.
• Balance & Posture:Essential for working at heights or in varied environments.
• Good Senses:Strong eyesight and hearing.

• Blueprint Reading:Interpreting plans for accurate construction.
• Tool Proficiency:Safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
• Trade Knowledge:Carpentry, masonry, electrical, plumbing, etc..
