Courtyard by Marriott Al Barsha is seeking a skilled and motivated General Technician to join our dynamic Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and engineering service calls.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe and good working condition.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in energy conservation programs and equipment inspections.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance practices (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
- Technical qualification or diploma in engineering or maintenance is preferred.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
