Emirati Facility Maintenance Engineer - UHNWF

, qualified Emirati nationals are encouraged to apply for the Facility Maintenance Engineer position supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNW) client based in Dubai. This role requires a highly skilled and professional individual responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of residential facilities, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.

• Conduct regular inspections of the properties to identify maintenance needs and safety risks
• Manage and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Oversee landscaping and outdoor areas maintenance
• Work collaboratively with household staff and contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
• Develop maintenance schedules and manage inventory of repair supplies and equipment
• Act as a point of contact for maintenance-related issues and solutions

• Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Engineer, preferably within high-end residential or UHNWF environments
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other critical maintenance areas
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with strong organizational capabilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance
• Previous experience working with UHNWF families is an advantage

Salary: AED8,000 plus other benefits as per UAE labor law.
