• Quantity - 1 no
• BMU – Building Maintenance platform suspended in a horizontal monorail fitted with powered trolleys

• Check control panel wiring and emergency button
• Check mains power cable, plug/ sockets
• Check the railing/track of its joints, bases, fixation, and supports
• Check wheel housing (wheel/ bearing/ lubrication)
• Check the equipment for its control buttons, contractors, capacitors, control panels, entry guide, emergency stop and all electrical connections
• Check winch unit (bolts / bearing/ guide)
• Check winch motor (mounting / oil / breather)
• Check the wire ropes thoroughly for its ends, hooks, clamps, birdcage, rust, and cleanness
• Check rope pulleys
• Check winch manual release
• Check the safety device for overload, emergency stop, and manual descend
• Check limit switches (Up/Ultimate Up /Down/ Overlay/ Anti Tilt)
• Check cradle basket (corrosion / bolts)
• Check the traversing, luffing and slewing actions of the equipment
• Check wire rope connection of cradle (Wedge and socket)
• Check the tracks for its brackets, bolts, fixings, and welding
• Check cradle wheels, cradle drain holes, cradle harness points
• Check wire rope reelers, reeler motors and wire rope end hooks & crimping
• Check warning- SWL, usage and harness point
• Check the whole equipment in general, lubricate the required components, change the oil when it is required and clean

• Priority 1 – Emergency:
  Immediately (Within 1 hour)
• Priority 2 – Urgent:
  Within 2 hours
• Priority 3 – Expedited: 8 hours
• Priority 4 – Scheduled: 24 hours

Technical assistance via phone calls shall be provided to the building security or the FM team immediately if required.
