Female Steam & Sauna

Spare Parts:

• Requirements during the tenure shall be quoted separately with the best quality and competitive market rate.
• Maintain a reasonable inventory of essential spare parts for maintenance and services falling within the scope of services.
• PPM consumables shall be included in the service.

Service Frequency:

• Monthly – 12 times per year

Emergency Response:

• Priority 1 – Emergency:
  Immediately (Within 1 hour)
• Priority 2 – Urgent:
  Within 2 hours — Poses a threat of personal injury, equipment damage, or serious disruption of operations
• Priority 3 – Expedited: 8 hours — Something that is not classified as urgent but needs to be resolved speedily, e.g., a situation that reflects poorly on the Client
• Priority 4 – Scheduled: 24 hours — Non-urgent to operations. Date scheduled, chargeable works requiring prior client approval

Note: Technical assistance via phone calls shall be provided to the building security or facilities management team immediately if required.

Scope of Work (Detailed):

• Inspect benches and floors for loose flats, fasteners, rough spots, cracks, or broken areas to prevent injuries.
• Inspect controls and heaters for broken stones, high limit cut-off switch, timers, thermostat operation, and loose knobs.
• Inspect the safeguard fence of the heater for good and sturdy condition.
• Check for loose or frayed wires, electrical shorts, properly functioning high limit switch, burned-out heating elements and thermostats.
• Check control panel functions to ensure the system operates correctly.
• Check lighting and seating (wood condition).
• Check ventilations, door hinges, and handles; repair or tighten as needed. Apply oil to hinges to prevent stiffness or rust.
• Disinfect drains, ventilation, and grates to remove mold and prevent bacteria or pathogens.
• Remove dirt and debris from motors, vents, and circuit boards.
• Check heater system for healthy operation.

Safety Policy:

• Workforce shall be provided with proper uniform, gloves, face mask, and other safety equipment.
• The vendor is responsible for any liability arising from injuries to its employees during work under this agreement.
