- Back Side Entrance: Rectification of excessive slope (0–36 cm) in the existing granite stair ramp at the back side, including installation of handrails. The work includes removal and reinstallation of existing interlock tiles.

Size of area: 2.24 m × 1.14 m.
Quantity: 01.
- Regarding the ramp to reduce the slope. (Reception side only) Width = 115 cm, Length = 220 cm
- Installing handrails for additional support. (Both sides) FM office side, Length = 150 cm;
