We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mason and Tile Fitter to join our landscaping team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for laying tiles, installing various masonry elements, and building outdoor structures as part of landscaping projects. This includes pathways, patios, retaining walls, stone steps, decorative walls, and other hardscape features. The Mason and Tile Fitter will work closely with the landscape design and installation team to create durable, high-quality structures that align with our design plans.

• Tile Fitting and Installation:
  Measure, cut, and lay tiles for various landscaping applications, including patios, walkways, outdoor seating areas, and decorative elements. Ensure tiles are securely installed and aligned.
• Masonry Work:
  Construct outdoor features such as retaining walls, stone steps, decorative walls, and other structures according to project specifications.
• Foundation Preparation:
  Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate base materials to ensure a stable foundation for tiles and masonry.
• Mixing and Application:
  Mix cement, mortar, and other materials as needed. Apply adhesives, grout, and finishing materials to ensure a secure and polished final product.
• Repairs and Maintenance:
  Conduct repairs on existing masonry and tiled surfaces as needed, ensuring durability and structural integrity.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and design specifications.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment, especially when using heavy tools and equipment.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects on schedule.

• Experience:
  Proven experience as a Mason and Tile Fitter, particularly with outdoor and landscaping projects.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in masonry techniques, tile cutting and fitting, grouting, and finishing. Familiarity with different tile materials (ceramic, stone, etc.) and masonry types (brick, stone, concrete).
• Physical Stamina:
  Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail:
  Keen eye for design, layout, and precision in tile fitting and masonry work.
• Knowledge:
  Understanding of landscaping design elements and their integration with masonry and tiling work.
