• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air-conditioning systems and equipment.
• Remove and fix AC blower fans, cooling coils, and electrical connections related to cooling systems.
• Ensure ventilation equipment and controls operate efficiently and continuously.
• Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units, including cleaning blowers and coils and checking belt and motor tension.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions in AC systems.
• Install, replace, or repair damaged components to restore system functionality.
• Adjust and calibrate thermostatic controls for optimal cooling performance.
• Inspect and maintain refrigerators, ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
• Make plans and designs for new air-conditioning systems, including installation and maintenance strategies.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and on time.
• Follow company policies and procedures for service fulfillment and safety compliance.
• Assist team members with technical issues and advanced troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
• Support the team with special projects and emergency repairs as needed.
• Stay up to date with latest AC technologies and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning Systems.
• 2+ years of experience in AC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic AC components.
• Hands‑on experience in AC troubleshooting and repair.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and lifting.
