• Ability in removal/fixing of AC blower fans, cooling coils and electrical connections related to the cooling system.
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioners.
• Ventilate equipment and controls making sure they operate efficiently and continuously.
• Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
• Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
• Adjust and do calibrations of thermostatic controls.
• Install new air-conditioning systems and equipment.
• Clean blowers and coils, check tensions of belts and motors.
• Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance.
• Inspect and maintain refrigerators and ice machines, and chilled water supply systems.
• Follow company policies and procedure guidelines for service fulfillment.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completely safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
• Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed.
• Fle xible attitude and ability to be a self-starter.
• Awareness of general health, safety laws and requirements.
