Repairing & Servicing of 2.2
Kw KSB ARAMAX Submersible Pump (QTY: 02) Basement B-2
- Removal & Collection – Existing pump removal and transportation from site to workshop
- Stripping & Dismantling – Pump breakdown into basic components at workshop
- Motor Stator Re-winding – Class F insulation
- Motor Stator Varnishing & Baking
- Bearing Replacement – New bearings fitted on both sides
- Mechanical Seal Kit – Replacement and installation
- Oil Seal Kit – Replacement
- O-ring Set & Gasket – Replacement and installation
- Oil Refilling – New oil filling
- Cleaning & Assembly – Rust removal, re-assembly, and repainting
- Testing – Current unload amps testing
- Re-installation – Pump re-installation at site
- Final Testing & Commissioning – Site testing and handover
