Main Functions
Training and supervising Technicians and Crew on video equipment operation and related tasksCollaborating as part of a team on and off siteConfiguring video equipment at advanced levelsMaintaining advanced knowledge of all video equipment, staying up to date with the latest fixtures and technology, learning new equipment quickly, and training the team on proper operation, installation, and inspectionLeading by example and consistently delivering high performanceInteracting with clients on site in a professional, customer-oriented mannerRunning video shows of all sizes, including operation and on-site management, leading a team of Technicians and CrewManaging video projects and teams at the department level in the absence of a Project ManagerAssisting Project Managers in planning projects and specifying video equipmentProviding support to the Head of Department as neededNotifying the Head of Department of any defective video fixturesCleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping, and repairing video equipment prior to jobsMonitoring and repairing video equipment during shows, performing fault finding as requiredIdentifying and correcting video equipment failures according to company standardsPerforming repairs on high-end video equipment depending on issue severityInstalling video equipment on site unsupervised, following designated layoutsSetting up and operating video systems and equipmentLoading and unloading video equipmentCleaning and properly storing video equipment after showsRigging and de-rigging video equipment safelyPerforming annual inventory of Encore video equipment as per established proceduresAdhering to health and safety regulations and wearing appropriate Personal Protective EquipmentReporting all health and safety issues to the Group HSE ManagerRespecting and following company policies, rules, and proceduresPerforming miscellaneous tasks within your scope of work as assigned by your supervisorAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or other legally protected status.
