As a General Technician, you'll take ownership of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. • Perform preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using technical manuals, drawings, and analytical skills to identify root causes efficiently
• Execute repairs and maintenance tasks while adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders, prioritizing urgent issues while maintaining organized documentation
• Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify potential issues before they elevate, demonstrating proactive problem‑solving
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and share knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed, including parts used, time spent, and issues resolved
• Adapt to new technologies and equipment innovations, continuously expanding your technical skill set
• Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues about project status, challenges, and solutions

• Proven experience as a General Technician or in a similar maintenance role within a corporate or industrial environment
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to analyze complex technical issues
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment drawings accurately
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems and their maintenance requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork
• Physical fitness and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environmental conditions
• High school diploma or technical/vocational certification (preferred)
• Valid safety certifications such as OSHA or equivalent (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license for site visits and facility inspections across Dubai
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement
• Flexibility and resilience in adapting to changing priorities and work environments
