We are a leading interior fit-out and execution company in Dubai
, specializing in premium residential and retail projects.

We are currently looking for an experienced Painter Foreman who delivers exceptional finishing quality and can lead a team with confidence and precision.

As a Painter Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising all painting activities on site, ensuring flawless finishing standards across apartments, villas, and retail spaces. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and solid UAE experience in high‑end finishing.

• Lead, supervise, and manage the painting team on daily site operations
• Plan work schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines
• Ensure proper surface preparation (crack repair, skim coat/putty, sanding, priming)
• Deliver premium paint finishes with perfect ceiling lines, sharp corners, and zero roller marks
• Implement strict quality control standards using checklists and inspection hold points
• Coordinate effectively with gypsum, flooring, and MEP teams to avoid rework
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety standards
• Ensure snag‑free handover ready for consultant/client inspection

• Proven experience as a Painter Foreman (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of paint systems, materials, and high‑end finishing standards in the UAE
• Experience in residential apartments, villas, and retail fit‑out projects
• Ability to deliver fast execution without compromising quality
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Professional attitude, punctual, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Candidates must provide photos of previous work and/or reference sites available for visit
