Scope of Work OverviewThe scope of work includes obtaining necessary authority approvals, managing the project execution, providing façade access systems, performing masonry repairs, and carrying out full painting works for the building façade area.
Description of Works Authority Approval and Project Management Services- Coordination with relevant authorities to secure required permits and approvals.
- Preparation and submission of all necessary documentation.
- Project management and supervision throughout all stages of work.
- Ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
- Supply, installation, testing, and certification of cradle systems and associated accessories.
- Strict compliance with safety standards and manufacturer’s specifications.
- Dismantling and safe removal of the cradle system upon completion of façade works.
- Removal of loose plaster, damaged concrete, and deteriorated surfaces.
- Cleaning of exposed and rusted reinforcement bars and application of zinc-rich epoxy primer.
- Concrete repairs using Renderoc LA Xtra with Nitobond AR.
- Masonry repairs using Renderoc LA Xtra with Nitobond AR.
- Minor crack repairs using block filler to achieve a uniform surface finish.
- Surface cleaning to remove dust and contaminants.
- Removal of all loose and flaking paint.
- Application of penetrating primer on salt-affected areas.
- Texture paint touch-up to match existing finishes.
- Application of Jotashield Primer AR.
- Application of two coats of Jotashield External Paint.

- Jotashield External Paint – Jotun
All works shall be carried out as per manufacturer’s data sheets and project specifications.
Health, Safety, and Environmental MeasuresCertified access systems, PPE, proper waste disposal, and daily toolbox talks will be enforced.
