Repainting of Facade and Rectification of Cracks – The Galleries
Job reference: JB004-26-01102
Scope of work:
Repainting of facade, column in parking areas and boundary wall after rectification of cracks.
Scope of work details
:
Preparation of drawings for authority approval and building permit.
:
Power washing of the facade to remove dirt, stain, fungus/mold and any loose paint.
:
Sealing of cracks and repairing damaged areas using industry‑grade fillers.
:
Supply and installation of scaffolding under the supervision of an EHS officer for the entire project duration.
:
Supply and apply Jotun (Jotashield exterior paint, two coats) along with complete painting accessories after proper surface preparation and primer from Jotun.
:
Color chart from Jotun to be provided for color approval.
Approximately 5355 sq.m.
Additional Details:
- Repair damaged plaster in the façade.
- Repair cracks and fill by crack filler.
- Supply and apply primer coat.
- Supply and apply Jotun paint double coat (color as per client approval).
- Supply and installation of cladding with powder coating on the façade.
- Supply and installation of strip light in the façade (front, right, and left side of building) in the groove only – approx 1080 sqm, worm color, 2 lines for each floor.
- Supply and installation of lights backside of cladding from top.
- All debris will be removed as per DM standards.
- Electrical wiring of all over façade including existing DB modification work.
- Supply and installation of 30m LED strip DC 24 V IP65 rating 12×7 mm along with aluminium profile and complete fitting accessories from LED corner.
- Supplier and installation of LED wall washer (36 W, aluminium body, IP65).

Supply and installation of aluminium powdercoated wall cladding section (size 50×100 mm with 2 mm thickness, 21 units). Spacing of a maximum of 10 cm between two vertical posts, along with complete fitting accessories. Dimensions must be taken from site during site visit. Sample to be submitted for approval.
Note:
Site visit must check the condition of building and total painting area.
Variation not acceptable.
