IIQAF Group is hiring an experienced Fitter in Dubai for ongoing construction and industrial projects across the UAE. We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter / Construction Fitter with strong experience in installation, assembly, alignment, and maintenance works.
Key Responsibilities- Perform mechanical fitting and installation works on construction sites
- Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical components and equipment
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering plans
- Install pipes, supports, brackets, frames, and structural components
- Perform alignment, leveling, and fitting of mechanical systems
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments accurately
- Support welding and fabrication activities when required
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and site teams
- Experience in mechanical fitting, pipe fitting, structural installation
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Knowledge of site installation procedures
- Strong understanding of tools and equipment handling
- Good problem‑solving skills
- ITI / Technical Diploma in Mechanical field preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
