Key findings include:

• Faulty heat detectors in Room No. 408 and the garbage room.
• Multiple defective sounder bases at various locations.
• Dry powder fire extinguishers at locations 301 and G08 requiring replacement or servicing.
• Issues in the pump room, including defective gland packing and isolating switch units for the fire fighting system.
• Damaged MCCB requiring removal and replacement, along with associated electrical works.

Immediate corrective actions are necessary to restore system functionality and ensure compliance with fire safety standards.

The scope of work includes repair, replacement, and commissioning activities for the Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System:

• Replacement of faulty heat detectors in Room No. 408 and the garbage room.
• Repair or replacement of defective sounder bases across identified locations.
• Servicing or replacement of dry powder fire extinguishers at locations 301 and G08.
• Repair or replacement of gland packing in the fire fighting pump system.
• Repair or replacement of isolating switch units in the pump room.
• Removal of damaged MCCB and installation of a new MCCB.
• Rewiring, reprogramming, calibration, and testing of the MCCB system.
• Comprehensive testing and commissioning of the fire alarm and fire fighting systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
