Multi Technician

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will perform maintenance tasks of great variety such as mechanical, electrical & plumbing.

• Conduct all sorts of fixes, repairs, replacements including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, pool and air conditioner.
• Responsible for completing basic maintenance work orders as assigned at company's rental properties or offices.
• Report work performed, time spent, parts used, and next steps needed if necessary.
• Responsible for keeping maintenance tools, used vehicle and properties clean, organized and in safe condition while conducting any operation.
• Maintain and keep log of own inventory. Report all expenses and consumed materials on the superior in proper manner.

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Multi-technician in the UAE
• Proven experience in electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance roles.
• Have knowledge in Genset, pumps, and other mechanical equipment
• Must speak English
• UAE driving license to commute to multiple properties daily for maintenance tasks.
• Flexibility to work during off-duty hours when necessary to address urgent maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai building rules and regulations for maintenance and inspection activities.
