We are currently hiring an experienced Electrical & Carpentry Construction Worker for a modern indoor facility operation in Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands‑on technician who enjoys working with advanced climate control systems in a fast‑paced and growing environment.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining high operational standards.

• Build and assemble grow infrastructure, including plant beds and facility components
• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Assist with basic electrical work (under supervision where required)
• Painting, patching, and general upkeep of facility spaces
• Support construction and renovation projects as needed
• Troubleshoot equipment and mechanical issues
• Assist with installations, modifications, and improvements to facility systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools
• Experience in general construction (carpentry, basic electrical, repairs)
• Ability to build, fix, and problem‑solve independently
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Physically capable of lifting, moving materials, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
