MEP​/HVAC Technician – Industrial Chillers & AHUs; GCC

Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a recognized ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Strict requirement for a minimum of 3 years of verifiable hands‑on experience repairing and maintaining heavy commercial HVAC units within the GCC.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong physical stamina to work in extreme heat and possess basic English fluency to read complex technical manuals.

• Execute rapid diagnostic and repair procedures on industrial chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) across major commercial properties.
• Maintain exhaustive daily maintenance logs, strictly adhering to lock‑out/tag‑out safety protocols to prevent severe electrical hazards.
• Respond immediately to emergency breakdown calls during extreme summer temperatures, ensuring client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are never breached.
