Idama, the facility management arm of Ejadah, is urgently hiring highly skilled MEP Technicians to maintain luxury residential and commercial towers across Dubai. You will ensure zero downtime for critical building systems.
Job Requirements- ITI Diploma or equivalent certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of GCC experience in a facility management environment.
- Ability to read complex technical blueprints and troubleshoot chilled water HVAC systems.
- Execute daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across assigned community buildings.
- Respond to emergency tenant breakdown calls within strict SLA time frames.
- Maintain accurate logs on the CAFM system regarding spare parts usage and repair status.
- Stable fixed salary with approved overtime compensation.
