HVAC Technician – PPM & Emergency Maintenance

Job Requirements:

• ITI Certification or Diploma in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Mechanical Engineering with 2-3 years of proven GCC experience.
• Strong practical capability to diagnose and repair heavy commercial HVAC systems including FAHU, AHU, FCU, and split units.
• Exceptional physical stamina required to work in extreme summer temperatures (exceeding 45°C) on open rooftops and cramped mechanical rooms.
• Basic English communication skills to interpret digital work orders, update the PDA system, and interact professionally with residential tenants.

• Execute daily Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules on assigned building cooling systems to prevent sudden breakdowns.
• Respond immediately to emergency breakdown calls, diagnosing compressor failures, gas leaks, or electrical faults within strict SLA time frames.
• Clean dusty cooling coils, replace dirty air filters, and safely handle hazardous chemical refrigerants strictly adhering to UAE environmental safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the MEP supervisor to order replacement spare parts from the central warehouse while minimizing system downtime.

• Monthly basic salary ranging from 1,800 to 2,500 AED, supplemented by paid overtime for emergency night shifts and weekend call-outs.
• Free shared accommodation in company labor camps (Jebel Ali or Sonapur) with daily scheduled bus transportation to the worksites.
• Fully sponsored MOHRE employment visa, basic DHA medical insurance, uniform provisions, and 30 days of paid annual leave.
