Job Requirements
- Must possess a valid ITI Diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Plumbing trades.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven hands-on experience in the UAE Facilities Management sector.
- Strong ability to read technical drawings, troubleshoot FCU/FAHU systems, and operate CAFM mobile applications.
- Execute daily preventive and reactive maintenance tasks across assigned residential and commercial properties.
- Respond strictly within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timings for emergency call-outs like water leaks or power outages.
- Ensure a high level of customer service when dealing directly with tenants and property managers on-site.
- Competitive monthly salary (1,800 - 2,500 AED) supplemented by fixed and emergency overtime pay.
- Company-provided official camp accommodation, daily site transportation, and medical insurance.
- Timely salary processing, uniform allowances, and an eventual annual flight ticket home as per UAE labor law.
