Al Bonian Facilities Management is urgently seeking highly skilled HVAC Technicians to maintain complex cooling systems across premium residential and commercial high-rises in Dubai. You will ensure zero downtime for critical chilled water and DX systems.
Job Requirements:- ITI Diploma or equivalent technical certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on GCC experience in a fast‑paced facility management environment.
- Ability to read complex technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and troubleshoot York/Carrier compressor faults.
- Execute daily planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on AHUs, FCUs, and Chiller pumps across assigned luxury buildings.
- Respond to emergency tenant breakdown calls within strict 30-minute SLA time frames using the CAFM mobile application.
- Maintain accurate diagnostic logs regarding spare parts usage and repair status to avoid financial penalties.
- Stable fixed salary with approved and legally compensated overtime.
