Senior 6G Welder - TIG & MIG Expert

Job Description

We seek a highly skilled and experienced 6G Welder to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will perform precise, high-quality welding operations across various metal types, contributing to complex industrial projects. You’ll work with TIG and MIG welding processes, adhering strictly to safety standards, technical blueprints, and quality control specifications.

• Execute precision welding on various metals following technical drawings and industry standards.
• Apply advanced TIG and MIG welding techniques in challenging and multi-positional scenarios.
• Conduct thorough inspections of welded joints, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams to refine welding processes and improve performance.
• Interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and specifications to complete welding tasks accurately.
• Safely manage and store welding tools, materials, and compressed gases using the company’s safety protocols.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of welding equipment to ensure consistent, high-performance operation.

• A high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical certification in welding is preferred.
• AWS or equivalent 6G welding certification is required, demonstrating advanced skill and versatility.
• A minimum of 5 years’ industrial welding experience, with a strong pipeline or structural steel fabrication project portfolio.
• Proficient in metal fabrication, arc welding, MIG welding, and reading technical drawings.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
