Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing MEP system malfunctions ensuring optimal building performance and occupant comfort.
- Perform preventative maintenance on a wide range of equipment including HVAC systems, generators and fire suppression systems minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
- Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure identifying and promptly addressing any safety hazards or maintenance needs.
- Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate solutions to critical issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or vocational certification in a related field is highly preferred.
- Holds relevant certifications such as HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3 years of experience in a multi-skilled technician role, showcasing practical hands-on expertise.
- Exhibits a strong understanding of building systems and their interdependencies, essential for effective troubleshooting.
