Repair Technician – Volvo Construction Equipment & Doosan Air Compressors

Location: United Arab Emirates (Onshore & Offshore Travel Required)

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Repair Technician to join our Construction Equipment (CE) service team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, overhaul, and troubleshooting of Volvo construction machinery and Doosan air compressors. This hands-on position requires a strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, with the flexibility to travel across the UAE and internationally, including onshore and offshore assignments.

• Perform servicing, overhauling, and advanced troubleshooting on Volvo construction equipment and Doosan compressors.
• Interpret and work with electrical and hydraulic schematics to resolve complex mechanical and electronic issues.
• Travel to various sites (onshore/offshore) to carry out service tasks as needed.
• Work closely with the CE service team to meet service labor goals and total revenue targets—ensuring zero repeat work.
• Assist in preparing service reports and enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and contribute to the continuous improvement of the service process.

• Education: Certificate from a technical training institute or a three-year diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 6–7 years of hands-on experience with Volvo construction equipment and Doosan air compressors.
• Strong expertise in troubleshooting with full knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and schematics.
• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
